I met this lovely lady while working on the Heart Transplant ICU at UAB. She was our amazing unit secretary on night shift. You would never believe she’s a college student- wise and mature beyond her years. An inspiration, a joy to be around, and a loyal friend. I’m so proud of her for accomplishing this task of graduating from UAB AND working full time (sometimes more!) while she studied! Did I mention she’s super smart as well??
